You already know SARS, POPIA, UIF, COID inside-out. PayrollOne is built around how you actually work — capture once, review properly, ship every statutory return in a click. The compliance is the floor. The hours we hand back are the point.
We don’t sell payroll. We sell the evenings and weekends a bureau owner usually trades for it. Compliance is table stakes; flow is the product.
50-employee monthly close — capture, review, EMP201 and IRP5 included. That’s 12+ hours every bureau gets back, every month, for the work that actually grows the firm.
Benchmarked across the 48 bureaus on our pilot. Your mileage may vary — ask for our methodology in the brochure.
No re-keying. No Excel formulas. PayrollOne pulls every captured line from the cycle, applies the live SARS tax tables, ETI rules, UIF caps and SDL exemptions — and renders the EMP201, EMP501, IRP5 / IT3(a), UI-19 and COID W.As.8 in the same engine.
